Quick & Easy Returns:

Most items sold on modakidz may be returned for a refund within 15 days upon receiving your order if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Item Condition:

1) No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered ,Damaged or Without the Original Brand&Labels. Clothes smell of perfume!!  Influence secondary sales，Do not accept used items，There will be no refund

2) Customized item / Custom made design /Made to your Specification is not supported to return.

3) As for defective, damaged, or wrongfully shipped, please take images of the original package.  This will help us fast-track the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.

4) Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller.  But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop
(no more than 20% of the product purchased price).

5). It is buyers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees to ship it back.

6）"Malicious refusal to pay after bulk purchases will be considered fraudulent behavior.       Our company reserves the right to report the case to IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint       Center) and local police."

Return Shipping:

With Return Label: If available in your country, we'll provide a return label.    Just attach it to your package and send it back—no upfront shipping fees.  The cost will be deducted from your refund.

Without Return Label: For other countries, you will need to ship the items back at your own expense using your local postal service.

Please Note: Expedited shipping is not necessary.  We recommend using an economical postal service and keeping track of your shipment with a tracking number to ensure it reaches us.

What Gets Refunded：

For returned items, we refund the price paid for the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes.  We do not refund shipping fees, shipping protection, or taxes paid on shipping.  We will also deduct the return shipping fee from the refund if you use our return label to send the package back.
